250 grams lean beef,
1 pinch of salt
2 medium sized potatoes
2 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar (I use rasberry)
1 pinch fresh ground pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh or 1 tablespoon dried.

Boil the meat covered for about 45 minutes in salted water until tender, boil the potatoes covered for about 25 minutes until firm still but cooked through,boil the eggs until cookes hard, cut a cross into each tomato , pour boiling water over top and peel .
