Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard and garlic powder.

Attach the KitchenAid(R) Food Processor Attachment with a slicing disc inserted to a KitchenAid(R) Stand Mixer.

Turn the ExactSliceTM System to thin. Place a bowl under the food processor to catch the cabbage. Place cabbage in the feeder and push the cabbage through to slice.

Toss the cabbage with the mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the sandwiches. Using the slicing blade again, slice the chicken.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken just until warmed through, pour lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with pepper. Mix well.
