In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for chicken.

Stir together until smooth.

On medium to low heat put sauce into a saute/frying pan (make sure its one with a lid), stir occasionally.

Once sauce starts to bubble or thicken, coat your chicken in the sauce and put thighs smooth side down in the pan.

Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes at same medium to low temperature.

After those 20 minutes, flip your chicken over and add 1/4 cup of water to loosen up the sauce, cover and cook another 20 minutes.

While this is cooking you can spoon the sauce onto and over the chicken.

Then it is done.

I always serve this with rice since this is such a saucy chicken.
