Shortbread Cookies

   Preheat oven to 375AF.

   Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

   Pour mixture into pie pan.

   I like to add a little more sugar or some sprinkles on top.

   Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

   Let cool then cut into slices.
