Shitake Mushroom & Brie Crostini Recipe

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees

   If possible, let cheese sit a room temperature for 2 hours so if is easier to spread

   Slice baguette on an angle in 1/2 inch thickness

   Slice mushrooms and sautA in a bit of extra virgin olive oil over med high heat until brown and crisp

   Spread cheese on baguette and top with one or two mushroom

6. 6

   Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts

   Garnish with chives and serve immediately
