crumble the ramen noodles by hand.

should look like chow mein noodles.

melt butter in heavy skillet.

turn to Med/high.

fry noodles and nuts in the butter.. stir until noodles are gold.

add a dash of pepper, garlic powder.

put mix on paper towel.

to drain..

rinse cabbage very well in cold water.

tear up Napa cabbage by hand (a metal knife cause it turns brown).

only use the leaf parts.

mix 1/2 the seasoning packet and pepper, oil, in jar and shake to mix.

also put vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar together in jar.

shake well to mix.

put cranberries and noodle/ nuts topping on cabbage.

then add vinaigrette.
