1
I didnt take a picture because I was starving.
-
2
Im sorry.
-
3
It really was beautiful food, but youre just going to have to take my word for it.
-
4
It doesnt look as pretty after its been in the fridge overnight.
-
5
So.....
-
6
Brown the beef with the salt, pepper and garlic.
-
7
Once its browned, drain it and set it aside.
-
8
Mix together the soup and milk, stir in the veggies (its OK if they are still frozen...mine were.
-
9
I told you...I was starving).
-
10
I used a summer variety of veggies, including zucchini and carrots and squash and stuff, but Im sure it would taste fabulous with whatever veggies make your heart go pitter-patter.
-
11
Mix in the beef and place all this in a 13x9 pan or a casserole dish or whatever you have that will hold the stuff.
-
12
Now for the topping.....
-
13
Mix together the flour, cheese, baking powder, salt and garlic powder.
-
14
Cut in the butter, then add the milk and thoroughly mix.
-
15
Mix it good until the dough comes together.
-
16
Spread this over the top of the mixture in the pan.
-
17
Or, if youre particular like me, smash it with your hands and stretch it like pizza dough so that you cover every last inch of the mixture.
-
18
Nobody should have to skimp on the biscuits!
-
19
Throw this concoction (no, place....dont throw) into a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or however long it takes to heat it through and completely cook the biscuits.
-
20
Enjoy!!!

Bon Apetit!
