Shepherds Pie with Spinach

   Heat oven to 375F.

   Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min.

   or until potatoes are tender.

   Drain; return to saucepan.

   Add cream cheese product; mash until well blended.

   Mix in spinach.

   Heat oil in large skillet on medium-heat.

   Add onions and celery; cook 4 min.

   or until crisp-tender.

    Add meat; cook until browned.

    Add tomatoes and tomato paste, cook 15 min.

    or until sauce has thickened.

    Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish; cover with potatoes.
