3/4 cups Celery, Chopped
2 cloves Garlic
1- 1/2 cup Frozen Green Beans, Bite-sized Pieces
1 cup Canned Diced Tomatoes With Juice
1/2 cups Canned Tomato Sauce
1/4 cups Whole Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
6 cups Prepared Mashed Potatoes
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
