Shepherd'S Pie

   Fry ground beef mixed with onion, salt and pepper until done. Drain grease.

   Add peas, carrots and cooking wine.

   Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

   Fix mashed potatoes, approximately 2 cups (fresh or instant).

   Spread meat mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and cover with mashed potatoes and top with grated cheese.

   Heat in microwave or 350u00b0 in conventional oven for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
