1/4 cup olive oil

Mix the ground beef/turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Tony's. Once mixed, saute the ground meat in the olive oil, stirring and turning occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Once finished, transfer meat with a slotted spoon into a large, but shallow baking dish and cover.

Turn oven on and set to 350 degrees F.

Heat water, butter and milk in a sauce pan. Once brought to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the instant mashed potatoes, salt and pepper with fork. Then transfer mashed potatoes into the baking dish on top of the ground meat. Afterwards, sprinkle the cheddar on top and place in oven for 15-20 minutes (or until cheese is melted). Lastly, remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes, and enjoy!
