MARINADE:

2-Lemons
3-Tbs freshly chopped Tarragon
1-Tbs freshly chopped Chives
1-Tbs freshly chopped Lemon Thyme
dash of Ground Double Superfine Mustard
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
