Sesame Seed Chicken

   Mix enough flour to cover chicken with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons sesame seed in bowl.

   In large baking dish, melt stick of margarine.

   Dip chicken pieces in egg and milk, then in

   flour mixture.

   When all chicken is in baking dish, sprinkle

   with sesame

   seed.

   Bake

   at 350u00b0 until brown on bottom. Baste well until flour is covered.
