Combine lamb, spinach, breadcrumbs, cumin and egg yolk. Season. Shape into 24 small ovals. Thread 3 meatballs and 2 onion wedges each onto 9 skewers.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Sear kebabs for 8 mins, or until cooked through, turning once or twice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
