Sesame encrusted baked chicken

   Pre heat oven 425.

   Combine soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.

   Combine sesame seeds, salt and panko bread crumbs on a plate.

   Let the chicken strips soak in the sauce for 5 minute's.

   Then place chicken strip in sesame mix and pat chicken to get it to stick.

   Place chicken on a baking sheet.

   Spray tops of chicken with oil.

   Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and cook another 5 minutes.
