Seasoned Potatoes

   Wash potatoes.

   Can peel, if preferred.

   Slice potatoes, not too thin, not too thick, along length of potato.

   Pour some vegetable oil over potatoes in a mixing bowl.

   Be sure each slice is covered with the oil as you place slices on cookie sheets. Shake envelope of dressing mix, then sprinkle over potatoes.

   Bake on 400u00b0.

   Check after 20 minutes.

   You may want to turn potatoes and sprinkle with more mix.

   Bake until potatoes are almost crispy on the edges.
