   Peel and quarter potatoes.

   Put in a container with a lid. Pour oil over potatoes; add soup mix.

   Put lid on and shake well until evenly coated.

   Lay potatoes in a pan or on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
