Seasoned fried tatos

   Peel the potatoes .

   Microwave potatoes for about 8 minutes

   Cut potatoes how you like, cubed is my way :) add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

   heat pan on medium heat.

   Once hot, add potaoes

   Sprinkle as much seasoned salt as you want (careful it can get pretty salty)

   Toss tatos and salt a bit more.

   Add pepper.

   Brown potatoes to your liking all done!
