Seafood Gumbo

   In a large pot, combine butter and flour.

   Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until brown.

   Add water, tomatoes, okra, corn (cut into thirds if large or half if small cobs).

   Cook slowly (simmer) for 1 hour.

   Add crab, oysters, shrimp, fish, cayenne, bay leaves, salt and pepper.

   Cook 15 minutes.
