Sea salt ice cream – a delicious recipe with eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, salt. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Separate egg whites and egg yolks in to two separate bowls

Mix the egg whites until stiff peaks form

Add sugar and mix until smooth and combined

With a medium saucepan slowly bring milk to a boil and combine with egg yolks

Bring egg, milk mixture down to a low heat.

Do Not Boil.

Mix until a thick custard forms and then remove from on heat and add to the egg white mixture

Mix whites and custard until smooth and then salt to taste

Let mixture chill in the fridge for give minutes

Add heavy cream and vanilla to mixture and combine.

Add in food coloring.

7 drops of blue and 1 drop of green is closest to how it looks in the game :)

Fill molds almost to the top and put in the freezer for one hour

After an hour put in the Popsicle sticks so that they don't fall over.

Stick it in the freezer for another two to three hours.
