1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Large eggs, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tbsp. lowfat milk
1 bag chocolate chips

Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda, and salt.

Cream shortening, sugar, and 1/2 c. brown sugar.

Add in flour mix, 2 egg yolks, vanilla, and lowfat milk to creamed mix.

Dough will be stiff.

Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Beat 2 egg whites till stiff and add in remaining 1 c. brown sugar.
