Scotch Shortbread

   Cream butter and gradually add sugar.

   Then add flour.

   Roll on floured surface to 1/4-inch thick.

   Cut into desired shapes and place on cookie sheet.

   Prick tops with fork and bake at 350u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
