Schaum Torte

   Preheat oven to 275u00b0.

   Beat whites until stiff and they hold peaks.

   Thoroughly beat in 2 tablespoons sugar at a time, 3 times. Then add vanilla, vinegar and sugar* all at once.

   Grease and flour 9-inch spring-form pan, then fill with 2/3 of mixture.

   Bake for 1 hour.

   (For kisses, grease and flour cookie sheet, then make a circle of small kisses.)

   Top with whipping cream sweetened with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 2 to 3 drops vanilla.
