Beat eggs; add combined milk, butter, onion, parsley flakes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme and nutmeg and mix well. Combine remaining ingredients; add egg mixture and mix well.

Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. Bake in preheated 325u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or at 350u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
