Savory Onion Pot Roast

   Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

   Cut a 30x18 inch piece of heavy-duty foil and place it in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or baking pan.

   Place roast in center of foil and arrange vegetables around roast.

   Sprinkle roast and vegetables with onion soup.

   Spoon cream of mushroom soup over roast and vegetables.

   Seal foil securely.

   Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 to 3 hours or until roast and vegetables are tender.

   Spoon sauce over meat and vegetables before serving.
