1 small onion
1 diced red bell pepper
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup cornmeal
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
black pepper
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp butter

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Drop the corn into the boiling water and cook for 10 mins. Drain, and rinse the corn under cold water.

Preheat the oven to 400.

Saute the onion and bell pepper with the butter in a skillet over medium heat for 5 mins. Combine the corn with the onion, cornmeal and bell pepper in the skillet. Mix well and set aside.

Whisk the eggs, then the yogurt, milk, honey, mustard, worcestershire, salt, pepper and cilantro. Add onion, pepper mixture. Pour this into a 6x4 inch baking dish and bake for 45 mins. Serve immediately
