   In a skillet, brown the chopped nuts for 3 to 4 minutes. Watch carefully. Let cool.

   Mix flour, yeast, salt, pepper, nuts, and chorizo.

   In a bowl, mix the butter and the beaten egg. Add to the flour mixture.

   Make a ball of dough using your fingers.

   Form 18 small balls of dough about the size of a walnut.

   Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and press lightly with the palm of your hand.
