12 cabbage leaves
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water

Combine rice, beef, onion, salt, pepper and drained tomatoes that have been cut-up into chunks; mix well.

Spoon meat mixture onto leaves. Roll each leaf around meat, turning ends under.
