8 pork sausage links
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Pepper
1 med. sized onion, sliced & separated into rings
Oil for deep frying
6 med. potatoes, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 teaspoon salt

Fry the sausage in a skillet till lightly browned and all the fat has rendered.

Mash the potatoes, adding the lowfat milk, 1 Tbsp.
