Take muffins and split in half using the precut as a guideline.

Place split muffins on a cookie sheet.

Spread each half with 1-2 T of pasta sauce and 2-3 T of sausage mixture.

Top with 2 generous pinches of cheese.

Bake in a 350 oven 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and muffins are firm.

For OAMC-Precook the sausage and potato mix storing in a ziplock bag when cooled.

Thaw in the microwave 5-10 minutes or until the bag is manageable.
