18 large macaroni shells
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms and onions)

Prepare shells according to package.

Preheat oven to 375u00b0. Combine Ricotta and egg. Add Mozzarella, parsley, Parmesan, basil and oregano. Stir in finely chopped sausage.

Combine spaghetti sauce and water in bowl.

Put 3/4 cup sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
