1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
6 large eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt

Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Saute sausage and peppers. Drain fat.

Stir in mustard.

Arrange bread in pan.

Lightly beat eggs in bowl.
