Sausage Spinach Loaf

   a medium skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain.

   On lightly floured surface, roll bread dough into a 15

   x 18-inch rectangle. Sprinkle cheese over dough, leaving 1-inch around edges. Top with sausage, spinach, onions and mushrooms. Roll to meet long edges.

   Place loaf, seam side down, on greased baking sheet. Brush loaf with egg white combined with water and caraway seed. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

   Let stand 8 to 10 minutes before cutting.
