   ["Roll pastry into 15 1/2 x 9-inch rectangle and cut into 3 strips (3-inches wide each). Divide sausage meat into 3 sections. Roll each section in a ""snake"" the length of the pastry strips. Roll the pastry around the sausage. Wet edges with water and press to seal. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 400u00b0. Cut sausage rolls into 1/2-inch slices and put them on parchment-covered baking sheets. Bake until golden, 12 minutes. Can be frozen."]
