Sausage Rice Casserole

   Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.

   Then add in sausage and cook until no longer pink.

   While veggies and sausage are cooking, prepare the soup according to package directions.

   In a greased casserole dish, spread the rice on the bottom of the dish.

   Next evenly, spread the sausage mixture over the rice.

   Last, pour chicken soup over all.

   Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
