Sausage Rice Casserole

   Chop carrots and celery into slices.

   Prepare rice mixes according to directions on box.

   Meanwhile,cook the sausage,carrots, and celery in a large skillet.Drain fat off when sausage is cooked through.

   In a large bowl,combine sausage mixture,rice,soups,onion powder,garlic powder and pepper.Stir to combine ingredients.

   Transfer into a casserole dish,cover and bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
