Sausage, Pasta, And Cabbage

   Add oil large pan, add sliced sausage and cook until crispy.

   Cook pasta while cooking sausage. Save 1/2 cup pasta water.

   Remove sausage and add butter to pan Add cabbage, onions and garlic, cook until tender. Return sausage to pan, add salt and pepper, cook until cabbage is to you liking.

   Toss pasta with cabbage and sausage.. Add pasta water if too dry.

   Plate meal, sprinkling with feta (or to match your sausage) cheese, and drizzle with truffle oil.
