1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
4 c. water
28 oz. can diced tomatoes
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 carrots, sliced
15 oz. can garbanzo beans
15 oz. can green beans
4 oz. spaghetti, broken
Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage with onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients except beans, spaghetti and cheese. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Stir in beans and spaghetti. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve, topped with Parmesan cheese.
