Sausage Hash

   Cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices.

   Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.

   or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

   Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

   Heat oil in same skillet.

   Add potatoes; cook 8 min.

   or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

   Add onions, red peppers and garlic; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.

   Add sausage; mix well.

    Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
