Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Lightly brown sausage and break it up into small pieces. Drain. Cool sausage completely and place in a large mixing bowl. Add Bisquick, water, and cheese to the mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.

Drop large tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until tops are golden.

These freeze well. To freeze them, I will bake them for a little less time (about 10 minutes) and remove them before they are golden brown. Then once cooled, place biscuits in a freezer bag and lay them flat so they can individually freeze. Once you are ready to make them again, place frozen biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown (12-15 minutes).
