Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Cut in the cold butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.

Preheat a griddle on the stovetop to 400-425 degrees.

In a large bowl add the grated cheese to the pork sausage and mix by hand.

Next add the flour mixture and mix in by hand until completely incorporated.

Roll the mixture into small bite sized balls and place on hot griddle and brown on all sides (about 10 minutes or so) or in a large pan over medium to medium high heat.

Once fully cooked, remove to a paper towel lined baking sheet or plate to cool.
