Sausage Cheese Balls

   Break up sausage into small pieces.

   Allow to stand at room temperature until softened.

   Mix in cheese and Bisquick mix with hands.

   Thoroughly blend the mixture until it can be formed into a large ball.

   Pinch off small pieces and roll into little balls. Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 325u00b0 to 350u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until balls are puffed and golden brown. They should be baked on a rack one notch below the middle of oven. Serve with mustard or chili sauce.
