Sausage Apple Strudel

   Preheat oven to 400F.

   Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

   Carefully unroll cornbread dough into single layer in prepared pan; press seams together to seal.

   Pat out dough to 12x8-inch rectangle.

   Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.

   of the cinnamon sugar.

   Arrange apples in rows, with slices slightly overlapping, down center of dough; top with sausage.

   Fold long sides of dough over filling, slightly overlapping edges of dough in center.

   Pinch ends of dough together to seal.

    Sprinkle with remaining 1 tsp.
