Ingredients: 1 1/2c whole wheat bread, cubed,; 3 3/4 c white bread, cubed; 1 lb bulk seasoned turkey sausage; 1 c diced onion; 3/4 c chopped celery; 2 1/2 tsp dried sage; 1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary; 1/2 dried thyme; 1 med Golden Delicious Apple, peeled, cored and diced; 3/4 c dried cranberries; 1/3 c chopped parsley; 3/4 turkey stock; 1/4 c unsalted butter; 1 chicken liver, cooked and diced

1 1/2c whole wheat bread, cubed,
3 3/4 c white bread, cubed
1 lb bulk seasoned turkey sausage
1 c diced onion
3/4 c chopped celery
2 1/2 tsp dried sage
1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 dried thyme
1 med Golden Delicious Apple, peeled, cored and diced
3/4 c dried cranberries
1/3 c chopped parsley
3/4 turkey stock
1/4 c unsalted butter
1 chicken liver, cooked and diced

Preheat oven to 350. Bake bread cubes until evenly golden brown. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool

In a large skillet cook the sausage and onions over med heat, stirring and breaking up large lumps until fully cooked, add celery, sage, rosemary and thyme and cook 2 more min.

Add sausage mixture to bread along with apple, cranberries, parsely and liver. Toss well. Drizzle stock and butter over misture, toss well. Allow to cool completely.
