1 bunch Spinach
1/4 Onion
2 Sausages
1 slice Easily-melting cheese
1 tsp Plain flour
10 grams Butter
200 ml Milk
1/2 tsp Consomme powder
1 dash Black pepper

Slice the onion.

Cut the sausage diagonally.

Cut the spinach into 4 cm lengths.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Put the onion, sausage and spinach stem and fry.

Turn off the heat and add flour and butter.

Stir everything in the pan well with a wooden spatula until the flour is absorbed.
