Sausage and Cheese Quiche

   Cook sausage on medium-high until lightly browned.

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

   With a fork, poke holes in the bottom and sides of the pie shells.

   Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly brown.

   While the pie crust is browning, mix together the other ingredients.

   Pour mixture into the two browned pie crusts.

   Divide evenly, and shake to level.

   Cook for 25-45 minutes, until dark brown on top.
