1/2 loaf of day old French bread

3 oz Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb of pork sausage (Jean Dean Regular)
4 green onions chopped
8 eggs
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Butter the pan and layer bottom of pan with torn pieces of bread
