   Chop up some onion and celery and add in.

   Cook slow in large pot.

   chili pwdr, 2 Tbsp.

   garlic salt and 1/4 tsp.

   black pepper.

   Soak 1 lb.

   black eyed peas overnight and drain.

    Mix with above mix.

    Add in 16 oz can tomatoes, 1 1/2 c. warm water.
