Ingredients: 6 -8 butchers sausages; 1 can mixed beans in tomato sauce; 1 can any other beans you like or 200g fresh green beans; 1 can tinned tomatoes; 1 onion; 1 olive oil; 2 stick celery; 1 tsp mustard; 1 Chilli or 2 if u like hot food; 1 red or yellow pepper; 1 chicken or vegetable stock cube/pot; 1 salt and black pepper

6 -8 butchers sausages
1 can mixed beans in tomato sauce
1 can any other beans you like or 200g fresh green beans
1 can tinned tomatoes
1 onion
1 olive oil
2 stick celery
1 tsp mustard
1 Chilli or 2 if u like hot food
1 red or yellow pepper
1 chicken or vegetable stock cube/pot
1 salt and black pepper

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6

Chop onion, pepper, celery, green beans and chilli.

And anything else you have in the cupboard to add.

Fry sausages in a little oil.

Open cans and pour into a casserole dish.

Add chopped ingredients.

Add stock, mustard, salt and black pepper.

Mix it up.

You can aslo add herbs here if you want.

Place sausages in casserole dish.

Put in the oven with the lid on for 30-40 mins.

Serve with rice
