Sausage and Apple Casserole

   Dry bread cubes in 250 degree oven for 10 minutes.

   Brown sausage in small amount of water in skillet; drain.

   Add onion, cook 2 minutes.

   Stir in bread cubes, chicken broth, apples and salt.

   Combine thoroughly.

   Pour into well greased casserole dish and bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes or until top crusts.

   Note: This is great with scrambled or fried eggs.

   Terrific as a meal or for breakfast.
